As Vice President and General Counsel for Europe, Scott leads the legal team, oversees the legal, regulatory and compliance strategy as well as litigation, risk management, corporate governance, property rights, and working on the European Go-To-Market and Cost Optimisation programmes as a trusted business partner.

Scott brings 27 years of executive professional legal and business experience, working mainly in the telecommunications and construction industries.

Additionally, Scott has led on pan-ICT collaborations with the UK Government in response to the need for more efficient use of public sector communications network, in how they were procured and interconnected, ultimately saving the country £500M per annum.

Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Law, History and Philosophy from Middlesex University in London, UK and a Diploma in Law from Ruskin University in Chelmsford, UK, and qualified as a non-practising Barrister-at-Law at Kaplan Holborn College in London, UK.
