Head of International Human Resources Business Partners

As Head of International Human Resources Business Partners, Denise is responsible for the human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, DEIB, cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, people operations, and employee relations across both Europe and Canada. Since joining in early 2022, Denise has changed the culture, and Human Resources impact in support of Zayo’s core values, business goals, and strategies.

With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Denise also brought a wealth of international experience and an in-depth knowledge of employment transfers, outsourcing, and business partnering.

Previously, Denise was at Conduent, Capgemini, and Atos and has also helped start-ups get off the ground. Denise is a Chartered Member of the Institute of People Management, has the CIPD Advanced Certificate in Employment Law, and holds an MA in HR Strategy.
